We use Xactimate exclusively to write estimates for restoration work. This works best if you are doing jobs for an insurance company and receiving claims electronically. We recieve the claims in Xactimate while at the same time you would still be notified that you have a claim to go and inspect the job. After you inspect the job site and know what needs to be done you would simply fax or email the information to us and in turn we would write the estimate using Xactimate and then upload the claim back to the insurance company via XactNet. We would then update XactAnalysis when the job is completed or if any status changes need to be made.
