"It has been so nice over the past year to not have to worry or deal with writing our own estimates when a claim is sent to us. Restoration Estimation has saved me time and headaches because I know that the estimates will be taken care of in a timely and accurate manner. I simply inspect the job site, write down what work needs to be done and fax it to Restoration Estimation for completion. If ever an estimate needs to be corrected or adjusted in some way I know that the changes will be made in a timely manner without question. This company has saved me money as well because I have no need to have a full time employee on staff to maintain computers, learn new software and write the estimates. I no longer need to hire computer people to come into my office to set up or fix hardware or software as all this is maintained at Restoration Estimation’s facility. They are competent and when an issue does arise it has always been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Their knowledge and technical background comforts me in knowing that things will get done even if there is a hardware or software issue. They know the inner workings of Xactimate and how things need to be done. I no longer need to send employees to training classes or lose valuable time training them myself; I leave it all up to Restoration Estimation. "
